The Tandberg Series 14 is the ideal family tape recorder.

Operation is extremely simple, for recording, playback of music, song, speech and not least lessons - the children immediately understand how to operate the recorder.

Young people will quickly appreciate that Series 14 can be used with microphone and record player amplifier with bass and treble controls and a power output of 10 watts.

Parents will make use of various other refinements and operational possibilities, including recordings of children's voices.

The Series 14 is a fully transistorized monaural tape recorder with 2 speeds. It is available in 2 tracks or 4 tracks models.

Mixing is possible as there are separate volume controls for microphone and line input. Separate playback volume control gives adjustable monitoring during recording. Output power is 10 watts.

There are bass and treble controls, loudspeaker selector, pause switch, end stop, one control lever for tape transport, visual recording indication with indirect illumination and 4 digit revolution counter.

4-tracks models have a dual position, i.e. allowing two tracks (programmes) to be played back simultaneously.

The sound is of the highest quality, one of the reasons why Tandberg Tape Recorders have become world famous.

The unit is available in various versions, 2-tracks or 4-tracks, in cabinets in teak or rosewood or completely portable in carrying case.
