I present another pair of revitalized by us great monitor monitors from the German audio giant since the 70s of the last century, a universal second-size model in the QUINTO series. Soon we will present our 3 new revitalizations of this good brand

With such dimensions, depending on the size of the room, they will be perfect both as close-field monitors, they can also drive a room of about 25 m. The company defined the possibilities of their use up to 35 meters, I personally think that it is a bit exaggerated. With a room of 25 m + -5 m they achieve by far the best sound. The boxes are made of glued wood and well damped. They are made as a closed construction, which gives a much better impulse response of the bass, it gains spectacularity and momentum. The cast metal baskets of the transducers have the proud specification - Canton HI-Fi Product. ... In newer models, the company has moved away from the inscriptions, and the baskets and speaker bodies are unfortunately made of composite. The monitors have been reassembled absolutely from scratch, i.e. bare boxes, properly preserved, crossovers tested and .... screwed again.

:) The grilles made of acoustically transparent steel mesh, with the best performance in the world, have received a new perfect paint coating. All transducers have been prepared for many new years of operation, membranes and bass suspensions subjected to meticulous maintenance, medium and high-tone textile domes due to the delicate construction required more effort, but a significant improvement in the sound of these transducers was achieved. All soldering connections were made anew using Japanese lead-free silver alloy with tin, zero cold solder. Audiophile monitors, high-frequency transducers at opposite ends of the boxes, can work both vertically and horizontally. Thanks to the well-developed crossovers, they can work with 4-8 Ohm impedance equipment. Monitors work great both for the turntable, we tested them with us on the Dual model and the Toshiba SA-7100 receiver from our offer, as well as to modern digital sound sources.

The sound of the set after such a sophisticated service was excellent, with the splendor of details and a spectacular bass foundation, Leonard Cohen's farewell album - "You Want It Darker" on them was a real feast for my ears, certainly both monitors and floor speakers of this great brand are always a grateful field for tuning, we always have some models on offer ....
