The person of Hans Deutsch is undoubtedly one of the most important for the development of the German sound system. The subjects of his studies were sciences of the music path, violin and vocals, later the issues of room acoustics in correlation with the sound of instruments and their interactions. The career of Hans Deutsch dates back to 1964 in connection with the construction of the first speaker system. (I started over 10 later :)

In 1970, he was inspired by Herbert von Karajan to develop his own path in the field of acoustic solutions. This is how the brilliant constructions of Amadeus I and Odessa were born, which later evolved towards Amadeus I and Poseidon, the first sets using horn resonator and indirect radiation.

At the beginning of the 80s, his patented inventions had a great impact on the sound system, arousing ambivalent feelings, these constructions can be loved or hated, in any case this revolution, which is appreciated by a significant group of music lovers, and specialists for famous conductors and orchestras inclusive, over thirty excellent reviews in high-end and all over the world. ATL GmbH, which sold Hans Hans products with great success until around 1987, also used its solutions by handfuls, and other companies until the turn of the century also used its license.

Since the turn of the millennium, the inventor has also developed one of the most prestigious piano structures in the world, L. Bösendorfer GmbH, Graf Starhemberg-Gasse 14, A-1040 Vienna. These were solutions in the high-end sector, equipped with the enormity of the latest inventions, acoustic sound driven by a resonator, regulation of the low-frequency sound field, significantly improving it. Production until 2007 continued on the market under the Joseph Bösendorfer brand.

After the sale of the Bösendorfer company, Yamaha took over the piano from 2008. A few words to explain the operation principle of the subject design - the horn resonator of the bass system increases the inertia of the bass, thus improving adaptation to the listening room. This is the fastest and least distorted bass that can be achieved. The basic principle of this system is that the volume of air escaping from the horn resonator is the same as the volume generated by the woofers.

Hans Deutsch-horn resonator has many advantages: it works as a so-called low-pass filter, which thanks to its conical design reduces radiation distortion in the listening room.

The low-pass filter at the beginning of the outlet ensures the correct frequency range transmitted, the amount of air in the resonator actually works like a membrane, not just a funnel, so we are dealing with one fundamental resonance, limited by natural frequency distribution at the 130 Hz distortion-free ceiling.

Bass reproduction is based on natural sound. When the loudspeaker is even well designed, but it does not have a precise bass resonator, it will not be able to produce natural sound, which guarantees the sonority and width of the tone pulse, fidelity and transparency, spatiality and directivity. Such a solution is, in principle, a crossover that is supposed to provide flawless sound. In 1973 H.D. to modernize the acoustic crossover, he found that the correlation between the crossover design and the listening result was too low.
